All EU shipments are despatched from our EU fulfilment centre. Most deliveries are completed within the following lead-times, with occasions exceptions due to unforeseen circumstances.

Expected delivery time: 4 - 12 working days

Once a package has been despatched, the tracking should update within 24 hours advising the delivery progress.
